Our Printing Process

Currently we use three different types of printing.

• SUBLIMATION •

Sublimation is a printing process that is "IN" the material. Once printed & pressed, it will last you a lifetime. For clothing, the material has to be atleast 50% polyester. We have sublimated on shirts, pillows, hat patches, metal, wood and more.

• STRETCH VINYL •

I ONLY use stretch vinyl. This is "ON" the material. It stretches with the garment and doesn't peel or crack like regular vinyl does. This process is mainly used for wording, as you can't cut images with vinyl. We have also used vinyl on several types of material.

• DIRECT TO FILM •

We have a contract with a company that prints these films. This is a game changer for the business. We can print any colored images and press onto any type of material and color.
